Foam Punches

This foam punch, manufactured by Swift is made of 1/2 inch thick dense foam padding. The wrist strap keeps the punch securely in place while sparring and training. An additional layer of padding is added over the knuckles for the best protection in a foam punch.

Size is determined by measuring the width of the hand across the knuckles.
